Buy my handmade bookmarks!
I just finished creating my first set of bookmarks, using artwork from my old sketchbooks. Drop by my Etsy shop and take a look! It's funny, I don't actually use bookmarks myself, preferring scraps of paper for taking notes to hold my place. But I love looking at beautiful bookmarks, and really enjoyed making these. So I'm hoping someone else will want to own a few of these bookmarks, and in doing so help support my blog.
Now, what to do with all these magazine-scrap ones I made earlier? I'm going to be including them in my giveaways soon. The first one goes up this tuesday (maybe even in combination with a book)!
your bookmarks are beautiful!!! I love them all, but I especially like the rooster :) After I saw the rooster I was hoping you had one of chickens. Let me know if you ever get a chicken one made.
ReplyDeleteWe have 11 chickens :)
They are great, Jeane! I love your paintings too. The pastel lion is gorgeous. You're so talented.
ReplyDeleteJeane - I just checked out your Etsy shop and your artwork is simply gorgeous. I especially love the zebra bookmark!
ReplyDeleteWow, these are beautiful!

Your bookmarks are wonderful! You are a very talented artist, the Wolf Puppy painting is amazing and reading the blurb about how you created it is so cool :)
ReplyDeleteThanks, everyone!
ReplyDeleteBethany- when I make up my next set, I'll keep chickens in mind. Do you have a favorite breed...?
I'm a big fan of bookmarks as well, though I don't use them. Usually I use receipts or scraps of paper. Currently (until I lose it, which will be soon) I'm using a sheet of paint samples as a bookmark. I like it because it's colourful!
ReplyDeleteYours are also very nice!
How cool--I must check out your bookmarks. I love them and am always on the lookout for new ones.
ReplyDeleteSuch beautiful bookmarks! I'm like you and even though I have tons of bookmarks I usually end up using a post it from work to mark my pages. I never dog ear though. That would be tragic. ;)
ReplyDeleteI have several New Hampshire Reds, a couple Partridge Rocks, and many Ameraucana. For now those are my favourites:) The ameraucana have fun puffy cheeks, they are the cutest I think.
ReplyDeleteLet me know if you ever need pictures of them I am a little picture obsessed :) If you have seen my happy chicken award I give to my favourite books, the chick on there is an ameraucana.
