I think maybe treating it more like short stories - to be read one per day, or so - and less like a novel proper might have helped me get more into it.Fyreflyhttps://www.blogger.com/profile/10267651786697866292noreply@blogger.comtag:blogger.com,1999:blog-4014696560401110515.post-53489719979834228332008-09-26T02:08:00.000-04:002008-09-26T02:08:00.000-04:00Sorry you didn't have quite the same experience wi...Sorry you didn't have quite the same experience with this one as I did :( I agree with you and Nymeth...I really think it's one of those books that you have to read at the right time...I just happened to pick it up at the right time!chrisa511https://www.blogger.com/profile/05793512698366676453noreply@blogger.comtag:blogger.com,1999:blog-4014696560401110515.post-72895644523009657082008-09-23T16:26:00.000-04:002008-09-23T16:26:00.000-04:00I remember Chris' review of this book. There are some I fall in love with, and some I can't get into at all. I think that my mood does influence how I respond to them, though. If I manage to get my hands on a copy of this one, I'll make sure I leave it for the right moment.Ana S.https://www.blogger.com/profile/16092495983972185943noreply@blogger.com
